General FAQ

• How can i trust NetSee VPN applications?

  Our applications are 100% Clean, which means it does not contain any form of malware, including but not limited to: spyware, viruses, trojans and backdoors. This software product was tested by Softpedia (as example) and was found absolutely clean; therefore, it can be installed with no concern by any computer user.

• Can I test NetSee VPN before buy?

  Yes, the NetSee VPN Trial plan is available for any new user. The trial plan does not require you to add a credit card or other payment method. It will just need your email and your formal name.

• Do you log the VPN activity?

  No. Our system is not designed to log any activity. You always benefit from our strict privacy policy. We will however record and keep the following data for statistic purposes: time, date and location from where VPN connection was made, bandwidth and session duration. Check our privacy page for more details.

About payments

• Can I renew my plan once it has expired?

  Yes, you can renew your plan as often as you'd like from application directly or from website.

• Will you log my payment information on your system?

  No. All payments are handled by external payment providers, and we do not log any personal information about you when you proceed with a payment. There is no way to connect your payment information to your VPN usage. You will always be anonymous with NetSee VPN, even if you use a credit card!

• Which payment models do you offer?

  We offer regular one-off payments for all available payments processors, as well as subscriptions for PayPal only. We recommend a NetSee VPN subscription using PayPal, so you can stay protected and don`t have to worry about your account expiring.

• Do you provide discounts if I pay for a longer period?

  Yes! For those that pay for 1 year in advance, we offer discounts of up to 50%. Please check our available plans for details.

• What are the payment methods supported?

  Currently, the payment methods supported are: PayPal (including credit cards), Perfect Money, Web Money, Bitcoin (with CoinBase), Payza.

VPN Features

• Does your VPN works with torrents?

  No. On all plans, we are blocking sites and services that facilitate the sharing of digital files between individuals, especially via p2p software (including torrent services) and web spam.

• Is account sharing allowed?

  No. One individual per account. We already offer great bandwidth deals, and sharing your accounts with many different users violates our policy and will decrease the quality of our service. For the enjoyment of everyone, please play fair... and don`t share!

• Do you limit accounts? Do you have a fair-use policy?

  We do not limit our premium users in any way. They can use as much bandwidth as they want. There is no fair use policy: you always get what you paid for!

• Where are your servers collocated?

  Our servers are located in multiple data centers from USA, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Sweden, Netherlands and other EU countries.

• Can i switch VPN locations for free?

  Yes. You can connect to any location available for your plan and you can switch with no cost each time when a new VPN session is initiated.
